ANOIGO (Greek for "Open") Retreats is a non-profit foundation dedicated to helping ministry leaders get the spiritual nourishment and rest they need in order to lead well. Many congregations and parachurch ministries lack the funds to provide in-person or online retreats for their leaders. ANOIGO was created to help fund these much needed opportunities for their leaders. Apply for yourself or on behalf of a leader you know.
ANOIGO Retreats was founded by local ministers to help local ministers. We partner with organizations and individuals to provide grant funding for ministry leaders to get involved in spiritual formation programs that specifically address the personal well-being of ministers. These include retreats, in-person and online cohorts, spiritual direction, and life and mindset coaching rather than vocational training, strategy and leadership conferences, or educational programs.
